We're looking forward to assisting our clients in preparing pro se legal documents that don't require completion by an attorney. However, depending upon your particular pro se case and its level of complexity, you may eventually have to hire an attorney. Let's just hope for the best!
We also help prepare legal documents that don't have to be filed with a court such as a Durable Health Care Power of Attorney, Living Will, Cohabitation Agreements, and Minor Child Care Power of Attorney.
Our approach is focused on understanding your needs and providing compassionate, personalized consultations and professional, knowledgeable, experienced hands-on assistance.
Our team includes, Michelle Blanton who is the founder of HODGEPODGE, and Whitney Kiger a contract Case Manager, and creative partner in the crucial roles of marketing and social media management.
